เงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ

การตัดจำนวนชิ้น (เฉพาะแพ็กเกจ)
- เสื้อผ้าทั่วไป 1 ชิ้น
- เดรสทุกชนิด , ผ้าค็อตต้อน100% , ผ้าไหมพรม , ผ้ากระดาษและผ้าที่ทางร้านพิจารณาแล้วว่าต้องใช้ขั้นตอนในการดำเนินงานมากกว่าปกติ จะตัดเป็น 2 ชิ้น
- ยอดแพ็กเกจสามารถใช้แทนเงินสดในการใช้บริการประเภทซักแห้งและบริการรายชิ้นเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถใช้แทนเงินสดในการสมัครแพ็กเกจอื่น หรือคืนเป็นเงินสดได้
กรุณาเตรียมไม้แขวนให้ครบกับจำนวนผ้า ในกรณีไม้แขวนไม่ครบทางร้านจะพับกลับคืน
- ลูกค้าสามารถซื้อไม้แขวนจากทางร้านได้ในราคาอันละ 5 บาท

วันทำการ และระยะเวลาการดำเนินการ
- ทางร้านเปิดให้บริการทุกวัน ตั้งแต่เวลา 09.00 น. - 22.00 น. ยกเว้นวันอังคาร(วันหยุดประจำสัปดาห์)
- ระยะเวลาดำเนินการขึ้นอยู่กับประเภทและจำนวนชิ้นดังตารางด้านล่าง
หากส่งติดวันอังคารซึ่งเป็นวันหยุดของร้านคิวจะถูกเลื่อนไป 1 วัน เช่น ส่งวันจันทร์จะได้รับผ้าคืนวันศุกร์

ระยะเวลาอาจเพิ่มขึ้น โดยขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนผ้า

อัตราราคางานด่วน
* ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณารับหรือไม่รับงานด่วน โดยขึ้นอยู่กับคิวงานในแต่ละวันเพื่อรักษามาตรฐานคุณภาพงานของร้านเป็นสำคัญ
- ซัก อบ รีด งานด่วน รับภายใน 3-5 ชั่วโมง อัตรา 300% จากราคาปกติ
- ซัก อบ รีด งานด่วน รับภายใน 1 วัน อัตรา 200% จากราคาปกติ
- ซักแห้ง งานด่วน รับภายใน 1 วัน อัตรา 300% จากราคาปกติ
- ซักแห้ง งานด่วน รับภายใน 2 วัน อัตรา 200% จากราคาปกติ

การแจ้งเตือนเมื่อยอดแพ็กเกจ หรือ ยอดเงินในระบบของท่านใกล้หมด (สำหรับลูกค้าแพ็กเกจ และ ลูกค้า Top-Up)
- ทางร้านจะทำการแจ้งเตือนเมื่อจำนวนชิ้นในยอดแพ็กเกจของลูกค้าเหลือต่ำกว่า 15 ชิ้น หรือยอดเงินในระบบ Top-Up เหลือต่ำกว่า 500 บาท
- กรณีจำนวนชิ้น หรือ ยอดเงินในระบบ Top-Up ไม่พอตัดยอด ทางร้านขออนุญาติรับชำระค่าบริการก่อนนำผ้าเข้าไปส่ง หรือหากคุณลูกค้าไม่ประสงค์ใช้บริการแพ็กเกจ
หรือ Top-Up ต่อ ให้แจ้งกับทางร้านเพื่อจัดทำบิลค่าบริการส่วนต่างให้ท่าน

การรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้น
- กรณีเกิดความเสียหายทางร้านจะชดใช้ค่าเสียหายไม่เกิน 10 เท่า ของค่าบริการรายชิ้น ตามลักษณะผ้าชิ้นนั้นๆ
- ทางร้านไม่รับผิดชอบกรณีกระดุมหลุด หรือสีตก
ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์การคืนเงินทุกรณี

Wash-dry-fold items will be returned within 3 business days. If your items must be returned before then, it will be recorded as an urgent order. Our urgent rate of 3-5 hours incurs an extra charge of 300% over the regular price; the 24 hour rate incurs an extra charge of 200%.
Dry cleaning items will be returned within 4 business days. If the items must be returned before then, it will be recorded as an urgent order. Our urgent rate of 2 business days incurs an extra charge of 300% over the regular price; the 3 day business rate incurs an extra charge of 200%.
Our packages can only be use instead of cash for dry cleaning service. Can't exchange for amount or discount for another package or exchange for cash.
Items received after 6pm will be considered as received on the following day.

Only general clothes washable by washing machine are allowed (for service advice and item types, please contact us via the contact channel below).
A dress is counted as two items, except for the wash-dry-fold package; therein, the dress is counted as one item.
14 items or less takes 3 business days; 15 items or more takes 4-5 business days; 30 items or more takes 7 business days. If duvets or dry cleaning items are included, please add one additional business day for our service. Please note, again, that any items received after 6pm will be considered as received the following day.
Please prepare the same number of hangers as items delivered. If not enough hangers are received, items without hangers will be folded or customers can purchase a hanger for 5 baht.
For all urgent deliveries received before the aforementioned date, the shop will charge an extra fee at the aforementioned rates per each item.

ในรอบบิลที่จัดส่งต้องมียอดการใช้บริการตั้งแต่ 5 ชิ้น ขึ้นไป หรือมีการใช้บริการซัก ผ้านวม หรือ ผ้าซักแห้ง
บริษัทฯ ไม่รับผิดชอบใน กรณีผ้าสูญหายหรือชำรุดที่เกิดขึ้นหลังจากเวลาการจัดส่งไปแล้ว เกินกว่า 24 ชั่วโมง
ทางเราเริ่มบริการรับผ้าทุกวัน (หยุดทุกวันอังคาร) ตั้งแต่ 10.00 - 22.00 น. โดยจะเข้าไปภายในเวลา 2 ชั่วโมงหลังจากที่ท่านแจ้ง และ จะปิดรับนัดคิวตอน 18.00 น. (ในกรณีส่งเสื้อผ้าต้องไม่ต่ำกว่า 5 ชิ้น)
เมื่อถึงกำหนดเวลาส่งผ้าของท่านคืนทางเราจะแจ้งเตือนท่านภายในเวลา 09.00 - 12.00 น. กรุณายืนยันว่าท่านสะดวกรับผ้าภายในวันก่อน 18.00 น. ของวันนั้นๆ (สำหรับลูกค้าที่ไม่ได้ยืนยันคิวรับผ้าก่อนเวลาดังกล่าว ทางเราจะทำการจัดส่งให้ท่านในวันอื่นๆ ที่ท่านสะดวกรับ)
กรณีที่พนักงานถึงที่หมายแล้ว และ ไม่สามารถติดต่อท่านได้ภายใน 10 นาที ทางเราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการข้ามคิวของท่าน และ นำส่งให้ในวันอื่น ๆ ที่ท่านสะดวก (สำหรับลูกค้าที่ทางเราได้ข้ามคิวไป ทางเราจะติดต่อท่านอีกครั้งหากมีรอบคิวเข้าไปส่งในระแวกที่อยู่ของท่าน)
ทางเราจะทำการจัดส่งผ้าคืนภายในช่วงเวลา 15.00 - 22.00 น. เท่านั้น (จะได้รับผ้าภายใน 2 ชั่วโมงหลังจากเวลาที่ท่านแจ้ง) หากท่านต้องการรับผ้าคืนนอกเหนือจากเวลาดังกล่าวทางเราจะทำการจัดส่งให้ผ่านทาง Grab Car หรือ Grab Bike เท่านั้น โดยลูกค้าจะต้องเป็นฝ่ายรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่ง หรือ สามารถมารับเองได้ที่หน้าร้าน

Free delivery available for orders of 5 pieces or more or if laundry service is used for drapes, curtains, rugs, or bedding.
We are not responsible for items that are missing or damaged more than 24 hours after delivery.
Pick up times will now be from 10:00 to 22:00.(Closed every Tuesday) We will pick up your laundry within two hours of being informed about the agreed upon pick up time. The last pick up queue is at 18:00, and pick up is only valid for five pieces of clothing or more.
We will inform you of your drop off time between 09:00 and 12:00. Please confirm whether you are available to pick up your clothes or not before 18:00. Clothes will be delivered on the next day for customers who do not confirm the drop off time before 18:00.
Our delivery staff will leave if they cannot get in touch with you within ten minutes after arrival at your residence, and we will get back in touch with you to arrange a new drop off time later.
The new drop off time starts from 15:00 to 22:00, and our delivery staff will be there within two hours after you confirm the drop off time.
If you wish your drop off time to be before 15:00 or after 22:00, delivery can be arranged through a Grab Car or Grab Bike service at your own expense, or you can come to pick up your clothes at our shop.
